Biography

Johnny Salvesen is a member of the HGO Chorus. He is the Director of Music at Messiah Lutheran Church, where he plays piano and organ. He also maintains a private piano studio. Salvesen performed the role of Sergeant of Police in Pirates of Penance with the Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Houston in March 2023. He received his Bachelor of Music degree from Texas Christian University and Master of Music Theory degree from the University of Houston.
