Brent Michael Davids is a multi-award-winning composer of concert music and film scores. During a career spanning 40 years, he has garnered awards and commissions from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers; National Endowment for the Arts; the School for Advanced Research; Meet-The-Composer; Kronos Quartet; Miró Quartet; National Symphony; Chanticleer; Joffrey Ballet; and the Rockefeller, Bush and McKnight Foundations. America’s most prominent Native American composer, he is regarded nationwide as a music specialist for projects involving American Indians.
