About the artist:

Aaron Jacob Keeney is making his HGO debut. This season he has performed as Belcore in The Elixir of Love with Pacific Opera Project in Los Angeles and Opera in the Heights in Houston. Keeney recently sang a concert featuring excerpts from 20 of Mozart’s operas with the Amadeus Chamber Ensemble in Knoxville, Tennessee. He finishes the 2022-23 season by returning to Minnesota Opera to cover the title role in Don Giovanni. Last season, he made his debut as Escamillo in Carmen at Minnesota Opera with Denyce Graves making her directorial debut. He holds a Master of Music degree in voice from the Juilliard School.
