About The Artist: Marty Lawson has been living in New York City and performing for Broadway, film, and television for the last 20 years. Winner of a Princess Grace Award, Outer Critics Circle Award, and a Chita Rivera Award for his work in dance and theater, Lawson has appeared in over 70 productions for film and TV, most recently on The Blacklist and FBI: Most Wanted. He has been a cast member of seven Broadway shows starting with his debut performing the lead role of Eddie in Twyla Tharp’s Movin’ Out. Others credits include The Times They Are A-Changin’, Cry Baby, Shrek, Promises, Promises, and How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying. Most recently he could be found commanding a one-ton puppet of King Kong for its Special Tony Award for achievement in theater.
