Houston Grand Opera presents the Opera to Go! production of Daniel and the Dreamcatcher at the Heinen Theater on Jan. 31 through Feb. 2. With a score by Sterling Tinsley based on the original story by Kate Pogue, Daniel and the Dreamcatcher tells the story of a young boy who must confront his fears of the giant living in his closet. This show is a wonderful introduction to opera, and is perfect for students in grades 2 - 6. Thursday and Friday performances are open to school groups and Saturday performances are free and open to the public.
