You may redeem your vouchers for tickets anytime during the season. However, we encourage you to redeem your vouchers as soon as possible for A Midsummer Night's Dream, Chorus!, Rigoletto and Brief Encounter as we anticipate that many of the performances of these productions will sell out. If you redeem your vouchers closer to the performance date, your ticket availability will depend on the number of ticket exchanges made by subscribers.
Ticket vouchers may be redeemed for the best available seats, in the area you purchased, in the Brown Theater. Each voucher is traded in for an individual ticket. You may use all of your vouchers for a single performance or for any combination of different operas. Once vouchers are redeemed, tickets may not be exchanged.

Mail: Please mail your vouchers to: Customer Care Center Houston Grand Opera 510 Preston Houston, TX 77002 If we receive your voucher within 10 days of the performance, we will call you to confirm that your vouchers have been redeemed. Your tickets will be at the box office Will Call window on the day of your chosen performance. The box office opens 90 minutes before the stated performance time.
If we receive your voucher earlier than 10 days prior to the performance, we will mail you your tickets.
