E. Loren Meeker

In addition to collaborating with a wide array of directors at Houston Grand Opera, E. Loren Meeker has been on the directing staff of such leading U.S. opera companies as Lyric Opera of Chicago, San Diego Opera, Florida Grand Opera, and Central City Opera. Ms. Meeker’s recent choreography credits include choreographed the Offenbach operas Orpheus in the Underworld, for Glimmerglass, and La vie Parisienne, for Opera Boston. She recently directed Massenet’s Manon at the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, Puccini’s La bohème at San Diego Opera and Rossini’s La Cenerentola at Lyric Opera of Chicago’s Ryan Opera Center.
