Cullen King

Cullen King makes his solo role debut at HGO as Mrs. De Rocher’s younger son. He has been a member of the Houston Grand Opera Children’s Chorus since last winter, having performed in last season’s HGO productions of Puccini’s Tosca and Tchaikovsky’s The Queen of Spades. Cullen was seen with Broadway Across America in the Houston production of The Wizard of Oz. He performed the role of Prince Phillip in Sleeping Beauty at the Katy Visual and Performing Arts Center in 2008, and placed first as a vocalist in the Katy ISD Junior High Solo and Ensemble Contest. In his spare time, Cullen enjoys playing football and basketball and running track.
