About the Artist: Soprano Hana Park is from Seoul, South Korea, and is currently in the doctoral program at Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). She recently sang Mahler's Symphony No. 8 with the Nashville Symphony Orchestra and returned to Wolf Trap Opera to sing the title role in Mozart's Zaide and excerpts from Romeo and Juliet with the National Symphony Orchestra. She was also recently heard as the soprano soloist in Mendelssohn's A Midsummer Night's Dream and Mahler's Symphony No. 8 at the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra's May Festival, conducted by James Conlon. Honors include the Corbett Award and Italo Tajo Memorial Award of the Corbett Opera Competition at CCM, and Grand-Prix and Audience Award from the Seventh International Lied Competition of the Japanese Schubert Society.
